I have used the software for over 12 years now and still learning new things. > > Have always been trained by my company users. Not sure if MRI offers training directly for users, but would like be a more valuable perk or selling point if it were included with the license. ----- ### "MRI Property Management" — 4.0/5 > **Amani** | *13 December 2025* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Everything was very well organized for tenant and rent management. It is pretty all self-explanatory once you get the hang of it, like how to find a resident using the address and even payment types. > > **Cons**: It is pretty old school in that you'd have to use the function keys a lot but at least you do not have to use your mouse/cursor as much. > > MRI Property Management is all a matter of getting used where the information is located. There isn't too much tutoring offered with it in the beginning, but playing around in it just to see how everything is organized will really help you figure it out. ----- ### "Very poor customer service and old and broken down program" — 1.0/5 > **Kirk** | *10 May 2023* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: The modules of mri are not integrated and many products have large flaws and bugs. > > **Cons**: Very expensive and poorly designed products with no meaningful product support > > Very poor. The company almost intentionally sabotages its clients business. No cooperation whatsoever ----- ### "MRI Product" — 5.0/5 > **Mark** | *8 July 2026* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: The system is easy to navigate around and very straight forward to use, I enjoy using the PM module and the PL module > > **Cons**: Resolving historic issues that have not been easy to resolve, that has been a challenge for us with the product > > Overall I enjoy using the product and also like the flexibility of having all the additional bolt on. I'm excited to see where AI takes the product. ----- ### "Successive Property Management System" — 5.0/5 > **karen** | *21 March 2025* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The system offers an intuitive user interface with straightforward navigation. Its key features include the ability to upload invoices and generate property-specific reports. > > **Cons**: Its limitation to have clients view their invoices/statements > > Excellent accounting bookkeeping. Phenomenal property management reports. Easy to access from anywhere. The features are easy to understand. ----- Page: 1 / 6\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.nz/software/112823/mri-software?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.nz/software/112823/mri-software) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
