The ability to organize is also key, my team \& I appreciate the folder/subfolder setup, and the integration with other software. We also love the ability to add photos, this makes it very easy for people of all knowledge levels to find what they're looking for. > > **Cons**: We are not able to make changes to the unit after an item has been created, nor are we able to add variations to an existing item if not done initially during the creation of an item.
