Client computers only require an install to allow for unattended access. For "quick" remote connection a simple "server" login through the web and a code sent to the remote PC is all that's required. It is an excellent value for the cost - I've used far more expensive systems that were not faster, simpler or more capable. It allows me to access the PC's of a remote staff with just a few clicks, allows them to see what I'm doing for training purposes, and very efficiently puts a remote PC under my direct control. > > **Cons**: For accessing PC's connected to multiple monitors, it requires manually toggling between the remote screens. It is simple to use and not overly complicated with a ton of dashboard features that most people will never use like other software. It also allows a section to use by other staff so that we have dual access to the client. On occasion, clients I normally don't remote into on a routine basis ask me to fix something on their computer. Walking them through simple installation through the install process is very easy. Then I just delete their computer off my dashboard of clients. Easy peasy the way it should be. The cost is reasonable where I can easily absorb it onto my overhead as clients typically do not want to be charged for remote access. > > **Cons**: I have not run into any problems with this. At one point I was having some difficulty setting up dual remote status for me and the bookkeeper to access the client computer, but tech walked me through it and we were able to do future setup easily once we understood it.
