Waar we vroeger elk online order manueel moesten overtypen in het kassasysteem, loopt nu alles automatisch door — inclusief de afpunting van betalingen. Met slechts twee personen verwerken we moeiteloos een groot aantal Europese orders per maand. Na een eenmalige configuratie wordt ook de complexe btw-behandeling (zoals lokale tarieven en vrijgestelde IC-leveringen aan bedrijven) automatisch correct toegepast. Daarnaast leveren de mobiele scanners voor goederenontvangst en stocktellingen een aanzienlijke tijdswinst op. > > **Cons**: Qua templates voelt het platform iets minder flexibel aan dan sommige alternatieven op de markt. We maken een product één keer aan en het staat meteen goed in de kassa én de webshop, met één voorraad en één prijs. Ook de rapportering is enorm sterk: waar we vroeger dagen moesten wachten op cijfers, is dat nu een kwestie van één klik. Onze boekhouding is er heel blij mee, want alles klopt tot op de cent, tot de lijst van de cadeaubonnen toe.
