> **Pros**: I liked how easy the template spreadsheets were to setup, the dashboard is simple but clear so you know what's going on without needing to know a lot of technical things. I also love their pricing, for our needs at least.

> **Cons**: Their inventory check in and check out barcode scanner simply doesn't work. Tried on several different types of barcodes and nothing. I was excited to get things setup, but had to abandon everything do to this faulty scanner.
