About Storage Commander Cloud
Storage Commander is an on-premise and cloud-based solution that enables businesses to manage self-storage operations, online rentals, maintenance costs and more. It uses global data centers, Europay, MasterCard, Visa (EMV) chip technology, biometrics and geolocation services to secure workflows and tenant payment details across locations.
Storage Commander allows business owners to navigate, monitor and track various activities including revenue, lead conversions and occupancy using visualization tools on an interactive mobile dashboard. Managers can organize, record and store maintenance data including equipment costs and utilized resources, improving work order processes across facilities. Additionally, tenants can complete and sign rent leases electronically using e-signature capabilities.
Storage Commander facilitates integration with various in-house devices and third-party systems for businesses to scan IDs, biometric fingerprints, barcodes and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email, live chat and other online measures.

Pros
If one has Storage Commander Cloud, then just ask to log in to that id and enjoy the benefits of this awesome cloud storage device. It provides the contacts, memos, messages, and everything you need with a single click. A strong multipurpose application that can be used in mobile as well as in the system. Like all cloud storage applications, its functions are not stopping one to explore the files and post where ever they want to partake. A big deal to pass a modest amount of money and time-saving software.
Cons
It runs better on high internet speed, but the configuration is better when upgraded versions will be installed. There should be an option for sharing files in bulk for fasted data collaboration.

Pros
Easy to use and a robust software program. Great support and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
I can't think of any at the moment. We have used multiple self storage software programs and each has their downfalls, but Storage Commander checks the most boxes.

EIGHT months after I paid in full for a year of Elite service, I never got a software package delivered. When I asked for a refund for the remaining four months of the year, they refused.
Pros
Their credit card processing fees are the best in the industry, they are responsive and nice.
Cons
They took excessively long to build my software. I finally gave up.

Pros
Along with the ease of set-up the thing I like the most is the support given during the entire process. From selection of the product through the set-up and now after training there is always someone to answer any questions or help out.
Cons
As with any change it takes a bit of getting used to things but I have not found anything that discounts the conversion.

Five Star for Storage Commander!

I was nervous to switch to the cloud because the stand alone had worked so well for me in the past....
I was nervous to switch to the cloud because the stand alone had worked so well for me in the past. I have been with the cloud version for close to a year now and I am very happy I switched! It works great and give me more options and ease to use at different locations.
Pros
The ease of use, It is laid out so the average person can understand how it works. It flows very nicely. This is a good product, but the best thing about this company is their customer service specifically, she has gone above and beyond to answer any question or concerns I have had and made me feel very comfortable in my transition from stand-alone to the cloud-based version. Their techs are all very knowledgeable and fairly quick getting back to me.
Cons
There have been a few glitches, but they are quick to fix the problems and get things running smoothly again. In the past they were slow to get back to me, but in the past few months I have noticed a remarkable improvement!
