Working in the cloud allows you to save documents linked to offers and orders, so it is difficult to lose linked documents and allows you to free space on your computer.
All information is stored in the system, allows you to find information quickly.

> **Cons**: An inconvenience is caused when from Yunbit they make modifications in the program, there is no warning in the system that warns you of their intervention and in some cases this causes a malfunction. Consequently, in some cases offers have been sent in bad conditions or with wrong calculations.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
The emails are sent directly from the program, that's fine, but in some cases the client gets it as spam because it is an email linked to the program.                                                                                                             

There is no way to know if the client has received the email correctly, there is no Outlook type message that returns the message if the address is wrong.                        

I find missing a system where you can create a manufacturing sheet (mini-center example) with material inside and the system automatically lowers the linked material once the order is generated.

- Highly costumizable

> **Cons**: It´s overall a great system. Nevertheless highly customizable system needs some time to polish and some times errors could come up, anyway that is solved fast thanks to the customer support.
