The total incompetence of the staff there is a disgrace. As of today, 1/5/18, we have been using my ability since 2010 or 11. I called to ask how to add a new payer and the rep said "Oh this account was cancelled in 2015". I said "that's a mistake I used it today" and she went ahead and locked me out instead of saying "Oh I'm sorry let's figure this out, you need to have a contract" which we would have been happy to sign one. A sales rep called back to set up the account (an account we've had for 7 years). I told her I need access to all of the claims for the past year and she said "oh no you can't have access to those" I have never encountered such incompetence in my life. Now I have to retype over 100 claims which means I have to get out all of authorizations, etc. What a disgrace\!\!\!
