> **Cons**: Finding the best report for the data in question took some time.   The type of reports that we were able to get out of our old system were not always accessible in the new system without some manipulation.

> The implementation team was fantastic, everyone coordinated efforts and worked together.  They were always accessible and provided great customer service.
