In the event that you need to swap out the device for some reason, it's pretty easy to bend the pins inside, or if it gets dropped, it will shatter easily. However, if this happens, Azuga will promptly get you a replacement (for a small shipping fee). > > We are extremely pleased with Azuga, and will continue to use them. We send emails, they never get answered. This causes delays in fixing issues and ordering new units. Also at the last month of the session the units completely stopped working resulting in 10s of thousand of dollars in fines from my subcontractor in no GPS tracking. Ping rate is terrible. Could plow a whole site and it wouldn’t even update. When they first sent the units they didn’t even have the right wiring diagram. Our staff don't always report fender benders as they occur. So real time alerts would be beneficial. > > It has helped us realize how many of our staff speed. Some of them are extreme.
