There is a lot of customization you can set up to eliminate/automate tedious tasks or make routines that are consistent. So grateful it will warn you if you go to leave something that you have not saved yet. > > **Cons**: Onboarding training needs to be tailored to customer better. The math calculations are part of the price book component and we did not cover the price book portion of training until there were only a couple training sessions left. Would have been nicer to at least get us started on the price book component earlier because there is quite a bit to creating and setting it up. Our account "go to" person and tech support helped us with price book component after the onboarding training ended.
