> **Pros**: The ease of use is key. The system has a great end user interface and makes for a seamless transition from a legacy system. The clinical laboratory component of the software including quality control, sample tracking, and patient reports is compliant and well-liked by COLA, CLIA, and CAP inspectors.  The ability to query the system for specific information, down to the smallest detail, plays an integral part in laboratory business development. We are able to monitor trends and shifts of drug positivity rates by geographical location and educate our clients to help them save patient lives.
