What is Studio Creatio?

Studio Creatio (formerly bpm'online studio) is the powerful alliance of BPM (business process management) and case management technologies to effectively manage, optimize and monitor business processes while automating time-consuming operations.

Business process management
Studio Creatio provides advanced tools to manage business processes of any complexity and type: a built-in intuitive process designer allows to easily model your own processes with the help of multiple preconfigured elements to create business processes, or to use out-of-the-box ones that are based on industry best practices. The system also provides a set of powerful tools designed to help users analyze and monitor process execution metrics. Creatio’s BPM engine enables users to effectively execute large amounts of processes at once while not affecting the overall system performance.

Case management
The system offers top-notch tools to manage unstructured processes that require more creative approaches. Users can dynamically select the best path and activities to achieve better results thanks to the availability of context-based patterns. No tech knowledge is required to build a new process – Creatio users can easily add the necessary steps for every stage as well as change a process sequence, moving the stages and steps to fit their needs with simple to use drag-n-drop tools.

System designer
The Creatio system can be easily customized, which allows users to modify almost every section in accordance with specific business requirements. The Section Wizard enables users to create new and edit existing sections, folders and tabs, and hide unnecessary ones completely or selectively, for example for specific user groups. Because the system has an open configuration, Creatio provides capabilities to broaden functionality of every app as it uses a reliable HTML5 and AJAX technologies and supports the most common standards and protocols.

Core configuration
Studio Creatio includes a set of professional tools for contact and account data management, omnichannel communication, management of organizational structure, task management, etc. All the contact and account information, including the history of interactions, is kept in a single database, and the Smart Data scientist tool enriches it through all open sources. The software enables users to manage their tasks, arrange meetings and plan activities with the help of the built-in calendar. Creatio offers multiple tools for effective communication with customers as well as streamline collaboration within teams and across departments; users can make calls, send e-mails and collaborate in the messenger and enterprise social network (ESN) right from the system.
