Unless allows you to segment your audience and show different messages to different segments. You can also split test and track the results of each one of your personalizations. Some people say that there is a little bit of a learning curve. I look at it this way: \* using Unless teaches you some mandatory skills - how to identify your audiences and how to segment them \* you don't have to use everything at once. You can start with a simple personalization such as dynamic keyword insertion for PPC ads (that is what I did) and keep on building as time passes \* support is helpful and friendly.
