Pros

You can share your tasks with your team members and stakeholders, and communicate with them using comments and attachments. You can create custom reports and dashboards to monitor your tasks and metrics in real time.

Cons

No Time Tracking or Resource Management: Smartsheet does not have built-in features for time tracking or resource management, which are important for managing project costs and availability. Users need to use add-ons or integrations for these functions.

Smartsheet allowed us to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Cons

That we didn't use this platform sooner, we continued to use a well known competitor and it was causing inefficiencies we could have resolved by switching to Smartsheet

I was say my overall experience with Smartsheet is a 8/10. I use it about everyday to keep track of different information within my construction business.

Pros

Smartsheet is very helpful when keeping track of sales and production. It is similar to excel, but offers a lot more. I also enjoy that you can use it on a mobile device.

Cons

Although I do enjoy the mobile version, it can be difficult to navigate

It is related to complete solution to managing projects. Now we use it every day and it is systematic, easy to use and not expensive. The automated workflows simply save your time that you can use for other a activities now. The availability of the mobile app is very convininet for the top management overviews of the project status anytime. Communication within the project plans is thorough and easy. Smartsheet will remain our tool for a very long time, I am sure.

Pros

Solution to managing projects are execellent. They collect data from multiple projects into simple and useful dashboards for overview that the top managers adore. It helps us boost our PM process efficiency on a daily basis.

Cons

The design could be a bit more modernized. But it is not a big deal to be jonest.
