How it Works:
Calendly enables users to set their availability preferences, and then send out their own personalized invitation link to arrange meetings or appointments. The invitee is presented with a selection of available times and dates based around the user’s availability, and can make their choice from these. Users can create an unlimited number of different event types to suit their needs, set buffer time between appointments, and enforce a minimum scheduling notice period to prevent the last-minute booking of meetings.
Calendly allows users to set up and send out different invite types, giving invitees the opportunity to select the meeting format, which team member they wish to speak to, or both. Meetings can also be auto-assigned to any staff member available at the time an invitee chooses for their appointment. After invitees respond, they can be directed from the event confirmation page to the user’s site, or a custom ‘thank you’ page.
Calendly automatically sends out custom confirmation emails and event reminders to invitees, and notifies all meeting participants via email if an attendee reschedules. Integrations with Google and Office 365 calendars enable users’ calendars to be automatically updated, with Calendly checking for any booking conflicts before adding events.

Calendly is like having a virtual assistant that costs me pennies per day, but helps me earn significantly more income because it allows me to skip wasting any time playing schedule tag with people.
Now that I've realized how amazing it is, the fact that I ever got caught up in playing "schedule tag" with people seems mind boggling. I book everything from client calls, sales calls, podcasting recordings and even just networking conversations with people.
Pros
Calendly is simple, clean, and a MASSIVE time saver. For what a few hours of a VA might cost, Calendly has paid for itself after the first few bookings.
It's very easy for the client to use as well, it's not cluttered like some other scheduling software programs are, and having an APP is solid gold.
I love being able to get real time notifications of appointments and cancellations and handle all of that from my phone when necessary.
The ability to customize availability and create multiple availability calendars for different events is another brilliant asset.
I can integrate with PayPal and take payments for appointment bookings, it's simply brilliant.
Cons
Workflows are a useful tool, but still feel a little bit clunky. I like that they are there, but setting them up could be a little bit smoother.
mind you, perhaps I'm comparing this to something like Zapier which is an incredible task management software.

My drive for a better and accurate meeting scheduling experience led me to Calendly. Am delighted by all about Calendly especially how easy it makes to find the right time to schedule for a meeting. Calendly has allowed me to meet my clients at their convenience by scheduling for meetings in advance.
Pros
Calendly reminders never fail to keep me on the know about an upcoming scheduled meeting so they never get me unprepared. I liked how easy it was to customize Calendly to match with my different scheduling requirements. The security in Calendly is very top-tier keeping all my personal data very safe.
Cons
I have ticked all the boxes with Calendly and nothing has happened to be a concern for me.

the layout is very stiff and the interface with other platforms not great

I have had a very great experience using Calendly to schedule for meetings both at work and at a personal level. It has made scheduling incredibly easy and has helped me avoid all the inconveniences caused by making mistakes when scheduling.
Pros
Calendly makes scheduling so easy and simple and has helped me avoid all the errors in scheduling like double booking. It has automations that makes scheduling very less demanding and accurate. It integrates really well with my calendar making it easy to pick the best scheduling time when I have no other engagements.
Cons
Calendly has been efficient in every possible area and i have not found myself disliking even a bit about it.

Calendly has made appointment scheduling so comfortable and precise. It allows me to have a better control over my schedules by helping me to find the most accurate time to schedule for an appointment. The overall experience with Calendly has been so amazing in every possible way.
Pros
I very much appreciate its ease of us and integration with calendar and online meeting products. It was easy to customize Calendly notifications to give reminders prior to a scheduled appointment. The very superior security functions gives my calendar data safety and privacy.
Cons
Calendly has been fascinating in every aspect. There has been no bit about it to like least.
