Pros
Overall functionality from controlling customer orders to inventory is pretty smooth and seamless.
Cons
Need better access to simple features that are buried or unavailable. Such as being able to manage bespoke customer orders independently from inventory and MO's.

MRPeasy is proving to be a great tool.
As a start up, we do not need the complexity and cost of a large ERP system. Using MRPeasy with it's integrations to finance and CRM tools allows us a level of flexibility as we develop.
The support is excellent. The online materials as an introduction and ongoing support are great, well written and easy to navigate. MrPeasy is a great addition too.
Pros
This is an intuitive system. It is straight forward and simple to understand.
The interface is simple and all major functions are easily accessible.
The support system is great, all tickets are responded to within 24hr and the majority of questions resolved in that period.
Cons
Serial Numbers not being able to be displayed on paperwork such as MO means we overwrite Lot Numbers.
The definition of WIP is sometimes confusing.

It essentially seems like someone turned a spreadsheet into a database table and put a basic UI over the top that replicates pivot tables. It then feels like various features have been tacked on with no real coherent design decisions. I am currently investigating alternative solutions in the market because of this.
Pros
In terms of headline functionality, it does provide an almost full solution. There is the ability to add the fields relevant to your business.
Cons
The UI and UX is genuinely terrible. Modules and features don't logically sit in the right places. Key information isn't highlighted in ways that stand out or provide quick insights to the users. Screens are crowded with icons yet don't segregate content clearly. The business partner they endorse to support with installation also failed to implement leading to my company hiring me to resolve the issue.

Pros
User Interface is incredibly straightforward and responsive, works exactly the same across desktop and mobile app. System itself is very powerful and flexible, allowing us to gradually phase in the implementation and increase our usage of the system over time. You really can measure almost anything about your production processes and plan your manufacturing, purchasing and delivery for weeks and months in advance if required!
Cons
Due to the flexibility and potential for customisation, it can however sometimes be a little tricky to find the 'best' or most efficient way to reflect your manufacturing process in the system.
Also sadly missing the features to create recurring Customer, Supplier and Manufacturing Orders, this would be a huge time-saving feature.

You’re right, recurring orders (an order that is automatically created at a certain time) aren’t available yet.
However, it is possible to easily create a copy of the existing orders if the details are the same:
Open the relevant order (CO, MO, or PO).
Press the "Copy" button.
The system will automatically generate an order with the exact same details.

MRPeasy has allowed our specialty food manufacturing business to streamline. Because of the integrations we have been able to automate all orders from our various sales channels and keep ahead on what is needed to fulfill those orders. We have cut our office staff down from 2 full timers and 1 part timer to 1 part timer. We have also cut down our shipping person from 40 hours a week to 20 because we now have real time inventory and the shipping person doesn't have to plan and count everyday what can go out.
Pros
It is cost effective but still has tons of features. There were more expensive programs that didn't give me all the things I needed for the business.
Cons
It is not super user friendly. It takes sometime to learn all the ins and outs.
