> **Pros**: The staff goals is the only thing that stuck out to me. I liked the idea of having an app but they weren’t able to do that.

> **Cons**: Customer service is bad. They don’t follow through on anything. Onboarding was horrible. Unable to downgrade plans.

> I started using Phorest in July and in January it’s now I decided to end my contract. They have you sign on for a year but broke their side of the contract so now it is null. This company has horrible customer service. Do NOT get any extra add ons such as “app” or “online store”. It was 6 months and I was paying for features I had no access to and the sales people couldn’t ever tell me when it would be finished, what needs to be done. The on boarding was horrible I went from fresha to Phorest and it took months and clients hate Phorest and still complain about it. They messed up our schedule and client appointments. They told me they would credit me this month when I’m signing off the contract and without notice they disabled my account during a work day and took hours to get ahold of anybody. Do yourself a favour and avoid months of hardships and thousands of dollars in the drain.
