Accounting Seed is a complete accounting solution powered by the Salesforce Platform. The three core components of Accounting Seed are General Ledger, Project Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning. The General Ledger features includes full accrual accounting with a a sub-account structure that allows for 4 separate segments. This component enables you to manage projects and project tasks within the same ledger. You can also generate financial reports and statements, reconcile bank accounts, and manage accounts payable and cash disbursements. You can further manage your cash flow by setting up recurring billing, creating PDF invoices and printing checks.

Accounting Seed provides comprehensive project accounting, allowing you to measure project profitability against multiple budgets. Time cards with flexible variables allow you to manage project resources and associated expenses. Built-in expense reporting, scheduled revenue recognition and multiple billing assets depending on types of work, further allow you to manage project-associated costs and profits.

The Enterprise Resource Planning features included in Accounting Seed enable you to better manage inventory and sales orders. You can manage inventory levels and reserve inventory across a number of warehouses and locations. You can also covert opportunities to sales orders, creating custom, lite manufacturing or construction orders. You can also use the app to manage Customer Returns (RMAs), as well as installed assets.

Accounting Seed is also a multi-currency, multi-entity, and multi-national solution that works with companies across the globe from the U.K. to France to Ireland. The app makes it easy to manage multiple companies in one instance with tons of automation capability to give you the financial visibility and forecasting you need. Accounting Seed supports VAT and can be customized to multiple languages.
