> **Pros**: Mostly I like the time tracking and Reports. I can keep track of what I'm doing so that the client has confidence in how I bill a project, that there was no wasted time. It's also great for Upwork when you submit Manual Billing and still want to show the client where the time went.

> **Cons**: Hard to believe, but I've used this over 5 years and have made suggestions to the developers along the way. One by one, most of what I wanted has showed up in the program. It's nearly perfect. I can't think of anything that I need fixed.

> I'm not a particularly organized financial person. This program has saved my life. And because it ties to Quickbooks, I can spend less time managing billing and collections and spend more time working to generate cashflow.

> **Cons**: Nothing that I can think of. Although the company is in Romania, the staff speaks excellent English and I never had a problem reaching them although I am in Queens, New York.

> I am an attorney in Queens, New York. I might be the longest running user of Fanurio since I started with their beta program in 2009. At age 75, I might also be the oldest user of Fanurio :-). I use the timekeeping program every day. Not only is the program extremely reliable and user friendly, the people who work at Fanurio are also wonderful. When I needed to make changes to my templates, the folks at Fanurio responded immediately. My invoices are produced exactly the way I want them to appear. As an attorney, I need to have my invoices to be clear and well organized and Fanurio helps me to do that with ease. Obviously, I highly recommend this product\!\!
