Gmail's clean interface and powerful search functionality makes it incredibly user-friendly for me.

the storage limit for free accounts is restrictive for me.

Archive feature, you may keep all correspondence for proof.
15 gB feature is very nice

contacts and tasks are very poor. You may compare with Outlook contacts and Microsoft To Do comprehenive reminder.

I like that it is owned by Google and that it is easily added to my phone and laptop

The layout is a little clunky but that could be I have not figured out the best way to organize it

Gmail is easy to use, keeps the emails organised by giving them proper tag, and we can create our own tags. Its feature of saving drafts of half written emails is also very helpful and the ease of scheduling them

Although labeling is good but I really wish gmail works on providing us folder option to better organize the emails.

I use Gmail due to the ease of using the platform. Can add it to your phone under mail super easy and have no issues navigating

Honestly I don’t have any cons that I can think of.

I love how easy it is to access my emails, and how easy it is to search for certain emails. I prefer gmail over any other email service.

Gmail is great for personal and work purposes. I love the way I’m able to sort emails into folders, easily separating them and keeping them in places I can find them again. It’s a more effective way of working with my emails.

I would like emails by certain senders to end up in the folder by itself but I understand why this doesn’t happen and they go to the inbox first

Google's ad-targeting is based on analyzing user data so there is a potential privacy concern. While I’ve grown to love Gmail’s filters, the learning curve to use advanced filters and labels could provide a steep learning curve for some users.

I prefer Gmail to most email management software because it's way more easy to connect to it. I mean, It's everywhere on smartphones and besides, I'm used to working with it already - anywhere, anytime I can simply tap the multi-colored M-icon on my smartphone, and (voila), I'm in my inbox.

All I'm trying to say is that it's stressful for me to jump every time onto Chrome, typing a URL to connect to other email management software.

Another aspect of Gmail that amazes me it's the fact that I can potentially route all incoming emails from an external email management software and even respond to them using my Gmail address and yet, the receiver won't even notice that it was sent from a Gmail address.

- It's always uptime, 100% up and running.

Additionally, It provides possibilities to set up automated mail responses and perform more email automation actions like labeling, sorting, saving, deleting, etc.

Most importantly, It provides a lot of security measures to prevent account hacking, data phishing, or malicious attacks like 2FA, 6-digit Backup codes, and a few more which are enough to completely keep my files safe.

For a free tool, I think it's simply amazing.

Since 2021(as per my remarks), Google started to run ads in Gmail, well, they're not overwhelming, however, they could potentially be risky in case, hackers decide to pass through Google ads to lay hands on user accounts.

At this point, I don't Google itself will be aware since on the internet today, everyone can be a business.

I really appreciate the user-friendly interface of Gmail. It's so easy to navigate and organize my emails. The threaded conversations make it simple to follow the flow of communication, and the search function is incredibly powerful, helping me find old emails in no time. Plus, the integration with other Google services like Google Drive and Google Calendar is seamless, making my overall online experience more streamlined and efficient. Overall, Gmail's reliability, convenience, and smooth integration with other tools are what I like most about it.

While Gmail is generally a fantastic email platform, one thing that has bothered me at times is the limitations on attachment size. Sending large files can be a bit cumbersome because of the size restrictions. Although there are workarounds like using Google Drive for larger files, it would be more convenient if Gmail allowed larger attachments directly. Other than that, I don't have many complaints. Overall, it's a reliable and user-friendly email service.

what i like most about the gmail was that it is easy to work and know about.it really a usefull and user freindly to everyone.most of the students and working professionals use this easily and happly.

i like sending any type of files and text any large mails the quality and experince overall was so good.
