Convenience for paying for online orders.

Too many confusing clicks for people who don't want an account. Costly. Invasive.

We could make customized invoices so our customers could pay online. We could also type in payments that we received over the phone.

Our cost of each transaction was higher than other products. It takes longer to receive our money than some other products.

This service makes managing payments securely a breeze I can control in and outgoing payments without having to access my bank account directly, and keep my personal information private.

Payment fees are a necessary cost of doing business, but can cause considerable losses regrettably. Prompting to add extra donations to payments is also a grievance of mine.

We can easily transfer money from any part of the world. It is a great app with very high ease of use.

The design is very simplistic. It could be made fancier.

Setting up and using PayPal is simple for both personal and business transactions.

Charges high fees for international transfers.

The payment process through PayPal is so seamless and fast.

It can be limited for beginners who doesn't input their card details on the product.

I like how it's so easy to use. There was no tutorial, but I was able to set up very easily. My parents are old, but they were able to set up themselves too

I had some scammers asking me if they can pay me through paypal. It got me worried. I had some people tell me they use paypal because it's safer though.

I like having a debit card specific to this, because that's where I store our businesses funds like a checking account. I like the ability to create and accept payments for invoices. I also like that I can use PayPal for personal transactions just like Venmo or Zelle.

I wish their UI were better. Certain features seem challenging to find or access. Specifically the add a payment or add money feature. I wish they'd use intelligence to learn what I use most and bring that to the front of the dashboard.

The brand recognition is huge! So many people use or at least know of paypal that offering it increases consumer confidence.

Some of the company policies and practices do not line up with ours.

Its security and usability for online payments, which allow customers to send and receive money without giving businesses all of their personal information.

PayPal block users and freeze and hold funds from accounts without warning, which irritates users.

It’s widely accepted by most every retailer, app, website or private person needing to make a transaction for whatever reason. It’s easy to get started and they don’t charge you for an account.

Sometimes waiting on a transaction to clear can be a pain but this doesn’t happen very often

PayPal is a secure platform and it has a user-friendly interface. It is good for online business. It has seamless Integrations. It is easy to use and implement.

There is nothing that is wrong with this platform.

I would say the best qualities when it comes to using PayPal is extremely fast payments, many features available for businesses and personal use, and the pricing.

PayPal is great most of the time, but i do have to say a negative to using them would be getting ahold of customer support quickly when you need assistance.

i liked the fact you can send invoices , send payments to visa direct or venmo and accept swipe paymemts as well

the security is great however it lacks unatuomated overides from custmer service representatives and inforces verification protocols that cant be addressed by sparsly available cusotmer service

I love so many things about paypal, first i love that you can link all your banks/debit cards/digital giftcards to it. Then i love that you can move money between accounts for a small fee along with you can add cash to the account as well at any participating retailers. I love that you can pick a monthly perk and receive cash back when purchasing anything from your selected category. Finally i absolutley love love the newest feature which is if you link your email accounts it tracks your packages from all over and keeps you updated on them!!!!

Absolutely nothing is negative about paypal for real there is so many good perks and stuff with it its awesome

Common well known name. Easy to integrate in most payment portals and personal usage.

Very low rewards and payback on usage. Competitors which pays back extensive cash back percentages are now commonplace. PayPal does not and does not care to update that feature
