I have been using Google Drive for the past 7 years, and it is the best platform to store photos, emails, and many more. It helped me to share files and collaborate with other workspaces. It provides me security and privacy of files, so I don't need to worry.

Storage space is less, 15 GB, which is really less for me; I had to buy an extra 100 GB for my data, as the storage was full and I wasn't receiving emails.

Full storage, save your files and access from any device, Phone or PC.

Low base storage, forcing most of us tu pay the Google one suscription

It is easy to use, you can keep your files secured, the files can be dowloaded really fast to any device

Sometimes can be a bit expensive to get more storage

We use Google Drive, Sheets and Docs all the time for our work and I don't why people use anything else. Makes it easy to use any device, constantly syncing, showing the revision, it's free and can be shared with anyone with a google account and that access removed as needed. I'm always surprised when people don't use Drive because it's that amazing!

There are a few features not offered that Microsoft does offer like being able to mail merge and print labels but usually we can find a free add on. But it's rare that we run into something that Drive products can't do.

Google Drive offers an amazing cloud storage infrastructure thanks to its features.

Google Drive can offer a much more larger storage space in free version.

Free trial limits of Google Drive is quite low and should be increased.

Automation functions in other software such as SharePoint work better.

The best Platform for organizing Files and Folders. Which is very useful for Small organization and mostly for students educational purpose...

While Google Drive is super convenient, its biggest downside is the slow upload speed for large files. Also, the free storage fills up quickly

Google Drive makes it easy for our team to collaborate on work, keep our files organized, and find what we need when we need it.

With the rollout of Shared Drives, we have had some challenges migrating content from My Drive to Shared Drives because of what we do. As an agency, we work with external clients, so the ability to grant access, share, and collaborate isn't as seamless as we'd like.

I also wish there was an option for creating Shared Drive templates. For example, we have a specific folder structure we use for new clients, and it would be nice to launch that from a template versus the workaround we created for it.

I really like the cloud storage, Google Workspace integration, real-time collaboration, easy sharing, automatic backup, compatibility, fast search, and security.

The cons that I didn't like were the free storage limit of only 15 GB, the need for an internet connection, the sync speed, file organization, version control, privacy, collaboration limitations, and limited integration with other software.

I absolutely love every single feature and run down of google drive.

there is not one thing i can think of that i dislike about google drive and its performance.

I can access anything and everything using my drive. I can monitor it at any time. I can look at my files anytime.

It's high price right now... If there was a way to get it cheap - I would.

Ease of use, the ability to control access and provide different layers from automatic (everyone within X organisation) to broad (anyone with a link) to individual (specific users)

The way the file view initially appears can be disorienting as one might expect it to open within a File view but frequently it seems to open a "last used" perspective which is often not desirable

Generation of high-quality HTML5 documents which we integrates with other tools like zoom, slack, Microsoft Teams and email to share to respective individuals.

Nothing to say less since GD makes it more effective than all offering similar services.

I like the how user friendly the app is and the cross platform functionality.

File organization functions can be expanded upon to include a lot more filters and sorting options for a large number of files.

Having access to this much software all in one place for an initial price of nothing is unbeatable. It is also so easy to navigate and use google drive to access all of that software.

Google drive needs a more modern layout that includes the ability to put the page in dark mode (the white screen kills my eyes.).
