Using Zapier workflow automation, we were able to mimic a google workspace type experience for our project management needs which we chose box because of a 20+ year relationship and its robust list of available integration options thanks to its multi-decade cultivating of relationships unmatched by any of their competitors.

Overall, it’s been a good experience. It helps keep everything in one place and makes working with my team much smoother. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once you get past that, it’s super useful.

I had a great experience with Box, kicking off around 2012 when I was given some extra storage with my HP TouchPad (remember that!?). While I can no longer use it on my main PC, it is still running on the family's Windows laptop.

Box is accessible easily. I am able to access my data from anywhere in the globe as long as am connected to internet because they store our data in the cloud.

Box was utilized for my first 2/3 years with this current company. The company as a whole made the transition from Box to OneDrive for Business. As a front end user, I did not see any issues with Box and think it was a great solution, but I believe the company as a whole transitioned to overall integrate more of Microsoft's Office 365 for simplicity and consistency.

I find Box to be an easy platform to use and a good one to use to store data.

It offers free storage and it’s content is easily shareable.

Box is a good-to-use cloud storage app but there are better alternatives out there.

Highly recommend Box for the effective sharing of large amounts of files and data.

Overall Box is my favorite cloud storage software. I use both Online and Mobile App and love the seamless use from one to the other. In all the years that I've been using Box, I have never had a single security issue. The functions are easy and intuitive. File loading and transferring is very fast. Box is a very solid and reliable product, with a high trust factor. I highly recommened.

Overall, the last 4+ years the tool has been really helpful for our organization. We also feel more secure adding files in Box that are sensitive vs Google Drive, so we use this as a backup up location for these types of files.

We use it to share files within and outside of the organization. It can be used for files and folders alike, which is very useful for us. I’m happy with the quality of this software, and hope others would adopt it too.

Overall I am very happy with the Box. I work with files for several hours every day and doing this with Box gives me a lot of satisfaction from smooth tasks. I would not replace Box with any other competitive tool such as OneDrive.

Happy I found this years ago. When I was a teacher, I would put student documents online, so they could access the notes later - and they also loved getting teh free introduction to using Box.

I really like Box as a cloud storage system. The best feature is how multiple users can work on the same document, even simultaneously, and this does not affect the final saved version.

It is super helpful for storage and collaboration with team.

Box is a great tool that i use everyday in my current position as Assistant Property Manager! I like to access my files at anytime, how user friendly it is.
