Their location in Cyprus scared me in terms of communication, but even with our own account representative, everything was fine. > > **Cons**: Unfortunately, when training materials are generated in Microsoft PowerPoint and submitted to TalentLMS, the software removes all animations and page transitions. It was either a SCORM course with no additives, or purely made in their authoring tool which lacked features. Even with my plus package, which doesn't come with an assigned sales rep, the customer support has been very efficient and helpful. All the features work as expected within the platform and my users love their experience as well. Our company loves the app and browser options, as well as having branches to create other learning environments. Even without automation, the notifications are very useful and pretty much automated themselves. You cannot beat the features and functionality of this product for the price with other LMS products. When a customer requests a refund because of an issue that TalentLMS refuses to correct, an issue that has now been reported 3 times over the last month, it's time to find another partner.
