I like that it remembers the usual client entities. Makes it easy to choose the top clients worked on.

Sometimes the system is slow, but that is usually rare.

Having project, time management, & billing in one domain is efficient. Generally tech support is excellent!

So far I have enjoyed the modifiable nature.

I am struggling to view or change forecast dollars and hours in the same window without having to refresh the page to switch from one to the other. It would be nice to have them together on the same page and update live.

The dashboard is extremely useful as it provides a snapshot of all the information important to me (e.g. performance, PTO balance etc.).

At times when using the mobile app, I am unable to see narratives for time entries. This is usually rectified by logging out and back in again however, this can be inconvenient.

Ability to address different bill rates across account base and properly generate invoices and cost accounting. Very good Customer Service. Simple to understand when onboarding new users.

Can experience an occasional performance issue...usually short in duration

The sections could be laid out in a more simple and accessible fashion.

Love the interface that makes it so easy to enter my hours for the whole month.

Maybe common menus can be shown at the top in a row?

Good for time-sheet tracking. Both for yourself and tracking time billed to projects. Easy input with a well-working search feature and "Load Recent Activities" button. Also breaks up billable and non-billable time for you.

Our company does not use the Project Planning/Tracking App, so not comment on the usability of that.

Core is user friendly and multifunctional for our company.

The load time can sometimes hinder the work flow process.

It is a tool that allows you to have a better control of the projects and times that will be charged to the clients.

They always attend to the faults that arise, but sometimes it takes a little longer than desired.

The functions on BWQ CORE Suite are very user-friendly & easy to navigate. I am able to track my time that I spend on each project very easily, which in turn helps me prioritize my tasks for the upcoming weeks.

Sometimes the program will run a bit slower than others that I use on my computer, but that could very well be related to the amount of information under one's profile rather than being a quality issue.

It is an easy to use interface that is web based so no need to download on any device

It is easy to navigate through the program and look for help if needed.

One thing that has grabbed my attention is that you are not able to take off hours that you have put down. Instead it is forced to have a minimum of 1 hour. I know I should have not done this, but I logged in a couple of hours before hand and was not able to go into the office that day. So when I tried to take them off it would not work, I instead took off a couple of hours from the days I did work.

It is a great product that meets my needs perfectly. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Also the seminar staff was very friendly.

Searching engine seems a bit laggy and slow.

Provide a useful dashboard and time keeping functionality. Ensures that Payroll is correct and ontime.

What's not to like. As with all systems, there is a slight learning curve, however, even the least sophisticated users become proficient is a very short timeframe.

Easy user interface. As someone who is using this for the first time, I did not need instructions for my needs.

So far I do not have a con that I can identify.
