Better pricing, better user interface and more functions as compared to QuickBooks (and all same functions are equally good but more intuitive)

Not much - possibly capturing expense receipts and better AI-driven logic to organize them by expense category could use improvement. Possibly more financial reports

I do like the interface, and about 80% of its features are pretty good. But I really need to other 20%. It's not QuickBooks online.

The reports and the Analytics need a lot of work. I've sent in MANY suggestions. The reports are only good for the smallest of business. While we do under 1 million a year, we do need decent cashflow information and detailed reporting by COGS categories. In our case Mechanical parts and labor vs Upholstery parts and labor. We also need good Job costs data. I would not mind doing it manually, but the data is not broken down to do this.
The worst issue has been since day one, they cannot seem to permanently fix issues importing my bank account. VERY slow responses from support and takes days and weeks to get their "process partner to fix it.
Export of your data for backup can be done, put it is very manual and time consuming. There is no path to exporting items and services. I'd like to do this so we can have a copy in the shop.

The invoicing system, it is straightforward and unique making the invoicing process seamless as the platform allows the user to create professional-looking invoices with just a few clicks, featuring customizable templates, logo integration, and the ability to accept online payments.

While FreshBooks does offer integrations with several popular apps and services, the selection is relatively limited compared to some of its competitors. Users who require deep integration with other business tools, such as project management software or point-of-sale systems, may find the integration options to be restrictive.

The invoicing function in FreshBooks is super easy to use and help create smart invoices. It also has an amazing reporting function that gives us insightful financial reports to assist us gauge of financial health. FreshBooks also has a expenses tracking function that help us to ensure we are not spending beyond our budget.

There are no negative issues with FreshBooks to this point so nothing to dislike.

FreshBooks has a expenses monitoring function that gives us accurate expenditure insights to help us avoid overspending. It has very powerful data security functions that keeps our financial data very safe and confidential. FreshBooks also provides outstanding financial analytical and reporting tools that makes it easy to evaluate our financial health.

Honestly, all that could have gone right with FreshBooks has gone right leaving us with nothing to dislike about it at all.

The easy-to-use interface, with helpful tooltips and explainers made it easy to get started. The invoice automation features made it very fire-and-forget to get paid on time every month.

The transaction fee for Freshbooks handling invoice payment is quite high, and only comes down when you start paying them more, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind a Sales call to negotiate pricing.

Freshbooks is an accounting software that's is well suited for our needs. It's is of use real set it apart with a dashboard that gives me an overview of outstanding revenue and profits of my business because is simply laid out in an easy to understand way that leave no space for confusion even to us who haven't done accounting before. Freshbooks includes soo many capabilities that makes a great accounting and invoicing solution. The double entry accounting reports feature helps us navigate through payments and expenses. It also allows me to easily create and out an invoice together and accept payments through credit or debit cards. Tax filing is a breeze since I can get a snapshot of the entire revenues which make a it easy for reporting of the income. In the report tabs, I can access the accounting reports from which Iam able to understand the business financial health that is soo critical in daily management .

Freshbooks ticks all the boxes for my business accounting needs

We found a true friend in FreshBooks and we are more than happy with the services we are getting from it. Everything about accounting is well simplified in FreshBooks and we never had difficulties to use it. The support is amazing. FreshBooks makes invoicing such a simple task for us and we are able to send our clients very professional invoices to keep them on the know about due payments. We also like it how FreshBooks allows us to monitor and manage our expenses. We use the financial reporting tool to run financial reports, and were are able to understand our financial health, this has helped us make very informed financial decisions on how to grow our business.

We are more than happy with FreshBooks mainly because we have never experienced any setbacks using it whether technical or anything.

Generally, FreshBooks has made us love everything about it but moreso, its effectiveness in expenses tracking and financial reporting has been eye-catching to us. FreshBooks also does so well in data and information security keeping all our financial information and data very safe and private to only those with the right authorization. The interface is very intuitive and it is offers an easy but more efficient way of creating and sharing invoices to the clients.

There is very little to hate about FreshBooks and for me personally, i have not encountered and issue that i can complain about FreshBooks.

Integrating FreshBooks into our non digital accounting system was much easier than we expected.With its intuitive no-jargon UI and UX, the learning curve was minimal and it took no time to get used to.

FreshBooks gets the job done better than expected in most cases. In itself, it doesn't have any significant flaws, but the after sales support and customer service can be improved.

By using FreshBooks, we never miss a thing about our accounting thanks to its super useful financial management and tracking tools. It allows us to be in control over how money enters and leave our business which has been a big boost towards growing our business. FreshBooks reports gives us precise insights about our financial performance and this has been so precious at ensuring that we have a healthy cash flow and a well performing financial ecosystem.

My personal experience with FreshBooks has super fulfilling and i believe that am getting the best there is with this amazing product.
