The team has been extremely helpful and friendly addressing any questions that are brought to their attention. > > **Cons**: While Basil offers so many functions and features, I often have to spend time thinking about the best method to accomplish what I am attempting to achieve. While I begin to utilize the program more in depth, I'm certain that the features and functions will become much easier to navigate. While sending signatures to clients, it appears that the client has to enter verification codes for each signature they are assigned. This has proven to be troublesome to some of our clients while navigating a new platform, even though they have verified their identity with their 6 digit PIN already. > > My experience thus far has been extremely pleasant.
