> **Pros**: Been using the SSIS plug-ins for Visual Studio for many years now.  CozyRoc provides functionality that is very helpful that Microsoft/SSIS do not natively provide.  In particular, very fond of the Data Flow Task Plus block, allowing for Dynamic Mapping of column names at runtime.

> **Cons**: Setup of some of the advanced/dynamic workings are not always intuitive, but their online help and tech support are very good at helping get over those hurdles.
