RevenueWell has changed our practice in terms of patient communication. It has brought our practice to a high standard whereby the patients appreciate the all forms of communications and reminders they receive.
They also like the feature of text messaging.
They also like that they can make an appointment without calling the office and talking to someone.
I truly appreciate the Virtual Visit that this software has and its available on all devices including your cellphone.
Pros
This software has changed our ways of reaching out to all our patients and communicate with them properly than what we were doing before. Before it was just communication through phone and regular mail and a lot has been missed. And the integration with our dental software is easy.
Cons
The only feature that we had a hard time with RevenueWell was when we were integrating the digital phone system. We struggled during this process of integration and technical support was not that great, and the process was not explained to us properly.

Pros
RevenueWell software is great for mass communication to our patients. Its features are easy to use. Our patients love email and text appointment reminders. We send a reminder to update patient forms before appointment. We text patients when we cannot reach them instead of leaving a voicemail. Patients love answering text. Patients enjoy receiving birthday and holiday cards. RevenueWell recognizes a new patient and sends a welcome email. Our patients enjoy emails explaining procedures such care after an extraction. RevenueWell is fun!
Cons
Our office would like to send forms to individual patients who are scheduled after we send our weekly forms update.

Never even got the service set up, charged anyway

Pros
Decided to sign up for this service based on the promise of many features and capabilities that my current platform Weave did not offer
Cons
help my office better serve my patients. I currently use Weave for my patient communication software and VOIP system, and they have been wonderful. I learned of RevenueWell, which has some added features. I thought I would give them a try and was promised a smooth transition by the RevenueWell sales team. The first red flag I should have recognized was being required to sign a year long contract. When it was sent, I learned that RevenueWell doesn't handle the actual phone service; they partner with Jive for the VOIP service, so now the contract binds you to two companies instead of one. After signing, I started receiving an overwhelming amount of emails daily from RevenueWell, Jive, LogMeIn, GuideCX on steps to transfer from Weave. When I finally got on the phone with a rep to sort out all the confusion, after 3 hours, I still had an estimated 5 hours to invest before service would be able to be switched over. Once service is transferred, then staff have to be trained not only on the RevenueWell platform, but also the Jive platform, which requires an even bigger time commitment. After my initial 3 hours transition phone call, I decided it was ultimately too much of a time and training investment, and asked to cancel moving forward with adopting their services. Unfortunately, RevenueWell and Jive refuse to void the contract unless I buy it out at $1800 for services I never used

Pros
The appointment confirmation and reminder system has saved us so much time and has helped lower the overall number of broken appointments. The ability to text a patient when you need to speak with them about something has shown a much greater response that leaving them a voicemail. Patients seem to respond back from those texts much more than to voicemail. The system is easy to use and has become a vital part of our practice.

Pros
Revenue Well is excellent for patient communication. There appointment confirmation/ reminders save us so much time. Their recare system helps us so much to keep patients active in our Practice. I would highly recommend their service.
Cons
Sometimes the software has glitches. However, it is usually fixed in a timely manner.

We are able to reduce outgoing phone calls with automated text and email confirmations, and are able to reach a large audience with a single campaign. It is nice to be able to access the software through a web browser for emergency situations when no one is at the office.
Pros
Easy setup, patient friendly, efficient way to confirm and communicate with patients.
Cons
It would be nice if more than one person could have an account on one email, that causes issues with parent/child communication at times.

I've been at this practice for 6 years but used it in my previous job as well. I think it's more affordable then others we have seen. It really been a time saver. I think patients like the convenience too!
Pros
Text Reminders. We would have to hire another employee with out our online communication on appointments. With 2 doctors and 3 Hygienist it can get really busy. RevenueWell does a lot of thework for us.
Cons
There have been issues in the past with RevenueWell going down but, I think they have gotten all the kinks out. What software doesn't go down.

Appointment reminders helps us at the Front Desk not have to call each patient to confirm appointments.
Cons
Freezes up often, not sure if messages are being sent. Patients like to sent photos of dental cards but the system does not display them. System does not recognize when patients confirm appointments. We wish the new patient forms were part of the overall package

Revenue Well has made the daily tasks and patient communication in the practice so much easier. It frees up time to focus on other tasks. We use the mobile app for all team members to access their schedules from outside of the office.
Pros
It was so easy to incorporate the system into the practice. Patients are impressed with the technology and the ease of use. In our busy lives sometimes a text or email is the easiest form of communication. We love having so many options to contact patients.
Cons

This past year has been a challenging one for many reasons. Being able to stay in touch with our patients and updating them on the changes where it be weather related or changes due to some of the unexpected COVID requirements. Revenue Well has been my first go to for communication.
Pros
Having used this product for many years, I have seen some great new additions. The time saved by being able to communicate with our patients has made my job so much less stressful. I am looking forward to adding the new phone system in the next month.
Cons
I have no cons for at this time. My experience with this product has been wonderful.

Pros
Our practice uses the texting options as main correspondence over calls which is preferred for patients. Also sending Eaglesoft documents that upload straight into our systems is very helpful.
Cons
We have had issues with RW updates that have cause syncing issues making extra steps in our office. However they were able to resolve the issue after a couple weeks. Most issues are fixed in timely manner.

This program has helped our dental practice reduce no show appointments, made new patients seamless by taking care of all the paperwork and automatically filling it in our practice management system and saving a copy to our files, and it is great for getting more reviews online.
Pros
Revenuewell has taken the best parts of all patient communication systems and combined them in one! They offer awesome patient confirmations that can be customized for your practice, online forms that takes the work out of inputting patient information, and they even post to facebook on a regular basis!
Cons
The only con that I had was there was not a spanish option, but they just launched that last night!

I have had a really good experience with it so far. It has been so easy to keep in contact with our patients and send out campaigns of things that we are offering in our office. It also keeps us active on our social media platforms by auto-posting dental related information for us on our facebook timeline.

Super easy to inform patients and communicate with them about changes to your office.

I don't like how the messenger looks. I love that they added a way to text our patients but I think the it is a bit hard to keep up with the notifications for the text messaging part.

We started with RevenueWell as a way to free up critical in office phone calling to remind patients of up coming appointments. From there we began utilizing the phone system and just the features alone fantastic (not to mention no more dealing with Spectrum).

We have been Revenuewell users for several years. We recently changed to a web based software and aren't able to utilize it as much with this new brand. Prior to the change it was used daily, for absolutely every patient communication, including confirming and reminding of appointments. We have kept Revenue Well and use it for every application available in regards to Newsletters and mass email / text capabilities. We are planning to fully integrate with Revenuewell again when our systems become compatible, hopefully very soon.
Pros
The variety of communications available to patients that are customizable. Letters and news letters can be customized and mass sent either by paper or email.
Cons
The practice management software we currently use is web based. At the time of implementation of our new software, it wasn't compatible with RevenueWell due to being web based.

I like most about the software is that we are able to keep in contact with parents regrading up coming appointments also able to remind them about appointments. And to also being able to use the software anywhere else to let parents know if our office will be closed due to weather
