> **Pros**: The app makes it easy for clients to access and share their pets' medical records, book appointments, and see when their pets are due for a checkup. The customer support team is phenomenal and always attentive to any concerns or suggestions

> **Cons**: The dashboard is a bit minimal, and there are a few features that are currently lacking a bit, but the company takes suggestions very seriously and is continuously working to improve their product. Overall we are very pleased\!

> **Pros**: Every time I have implemented VitusVet at a practice (over 20 and counting) I have seen an almost immediate increase in appointment requests and prescription requests. It is so easy to implement and they help you every step of the way.  The other features such as two-way texting, text to pay, and door dash prescriptions are helpful in every practice.
