Great for My Needs

I love this product. I recommend it to other colleagues. It has been great overall.
Pros
I loved that I was able to text with clients and still be HIPAA compliant. That we can upload the texting to my online platform to save the records. Plus that it is free for me and the clients.
Cons
Some users do not like it because it is a separate app. I can't figure out a way to delete old clients from my records. At times it seems to freeze. I then just sign out and sign back in which fixes it. I was told that I need to upgrade to a newer version, so that may be my problem.
