I saved a lot of time and money with ShippyPro. But most importantly I was able to provide my customers with the best quality service possible. This is because now that I am able to use ShippyPro for my package delivery needs, it freed up a lot more of my time to ensure my customers get the best experience possible from my products.

Pros

The time it save me. I used to spend hours comparing carriers and printing out packaging labels. ShippyPro took all the tasks I used to hate doing, and made it so easy. I can't imagine going to back to the old way I used to do things.

Cons

It takes a little getting used to the software at first. But after a spending a little time in the software it becomes very easy. And when I ran into problems I called the support line and they were extremely helpful.

I am having the High expectation from the Software as I am using the Shipstation which is way more use friendly then this one but still this is the 2nd Choice for me.

Pros

- All Local European Shipping Carriers
- Easy Connection with the Marketplace
- Easy Connection of the Shipping company with their own Checkout Extensions like I have for magento.
- Option for adding the Conditions Logic for Segment the Orders

Cons

- Customer Service :( as no one is answering the query on time.
- The Internal Layout is quite confusing need some Improvement

Software with great potential, but implemented badly

Pros

The concept is great: connect shops like Woocommerce, Etsy.com and others to courier services like FedEx, DPN, UPS, etc. to centralize the shipping process.

Cons

It took me more than 8 hours being standby for the people of ShippyPro to process 8 orders and I am still waiting for the last shipment to go out. Lots of errors in their software and API to the service providers. It feels like you are the first beta-tester testing their software, but then without getting paid for it.

ShippyPro used to be a good product priced fairly, which has become completely overpriced since they tripled (yes x3) the price of all their plans on January 1. The few minor features ShippyPro added don't justify a price hike of this magnitude. It's just pure greed.

I like that I can get the best price every time and be confident in the system. Postcode blocking etc also helps to push over to other couriers. So easy to use aswell.

Cons

I guess that lack of training one to one, it was all don't through the helpdesk and was fiddly. I would have liked more via a video link for example.

Ease of use. Since we are a company based in Italy, it was easy to integrate our shipping couriers into the system, whereas other companies lack the integration for some couriers. The platform is also really easy to use as well as great customer service.

If I could rate this app lower I would. Seriously, think very carefully before you use or even install this app. The sales team aggressively called numerous times during our peak working hours once we downloaded it to have a look at, pressuring us to use the app.

Eventually we decided to start using it and there were several problems getting the app integrated with our shipping provider. This took lots of back and forth with them and our shipping provider until they told us everything was "working normally now". The "free trial" we were promised mysteriously disappeared and we were forced to buy extra credits as we had already started using the app.

We shipped close to 100 orders using it before our shipping provider contacted us to say our UK orders had not been uploaded correctly with customs data. This meant that a huge amount of orders had been stuck in a warehouse and needed to be returned to us.

It was then revealed that this integration was not possible. How someone didn't make us aware of this is the worst part. It just seems like they didn't care and are after the money. F the customer seems to be the attitude.

Shippypro bizarrely sent several emails to our customers saying the orders had been delivered, cancelled and then returned to sender. This has resulted in a huge amount of lost revenue, reputational damage, and the cost to reprint new labels using our old method. It has taken 2 full days to deal with the fallout of this and we are not out of the woods

Pros

nothing, the app is poorly designed. Support are not good and the sales team are aggressive .

The entire experience was terrible. It has cost me huge amount of money.

Well, would say half bread is better than going hungry, I am satisfied with it's use, would love to remain loyal, but with the above described experiences, would make a change if I get a better option.

I am sure they are good at what they do, so it's most likely a better option would remain just a dream.

Pros

Saved me lots of time and money also, ease of use and about 95% ok with connection of my website.

I certainly recommend it, searched all the internet for a better software/platform, but it certainly beats all existing with more than 30/40% advantage.

Cons

Well, guess no one is perfect, cost on some features which I actually don't use are too expensive, would have loved to try and use them, but they are not really essential for needs.

Also, billing cycle needs a little improvement, if I don't use up number of labels available on my subscription, it does not automatically pass on the next month, whereas when I go above same with less than 10, I get an immediate upgrade for extra 250 shipments which I won't use and won't be transferred to the next month.

Guess fixing this would show some transparency rather than making customers feel ripped off.

Also, since I'm using your services for above 3 years, it makes no sense making me pay for your connecting module, actually I did buy it but not using it today because it generates errors on my checkout page and module support takes like forever in fixing it.

We are using daily to manage our ecommerce business. Very easy to integrate different shippers and this makes out life much easier and smart.

Pros

Very easy to use and really smart integration with Magento.
We started with trial and after few days we released it should really important for us.
Marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay are really well integrated.

Cons

Nothing. A very complete tool. May be not all functions could be useful but they are in.

Amazing. We have had some technical difficulties because we have a very specific situation. Other companies were not able to help us but Shippypro was really great in helping out. They fixed everything and they are still very helpful now we already signed up with them!

Pros

The support team was amazingly helpful. We have been struggling with different companies to set up the integration between our Shopify store and our local postal service (PostNL). Finally we discovered Shippypro and working with them has been a breeze. Although you can only contact their staff via chat their help is amazing. They are eager to work with you to fix issues and they were very quick in responding and even working direct with our local postal service to make sure the connection was flawless. Looking worded to a continues relationship with them :D

Cons

The customer support is only available via chat. This sometimes takes a while but the stellar support more then makes up for this in my opinion.
