I believed it saved me from using my personal device storage capicity

Wasn't sure how to save to a location that I could retrieve at a later time.

I love google cloud because it is simple to use and integrates with everything else I need because we operate with google drive.

Honestly, I can not think of a single complaint about GC.

I love the ability to free up space on your device while also making sure that your important files and photos are accessible and safe.

Sometimes files don't upload/backup as they should

Google Cloud is super reliable and easy to scale, which is great for handling big projects. I love how smoothly it works with other Google services, and the security features make me feel good about storing important stuff there.

Sometimes the pricing can be a bit confusing, especially if you're not keeping a close eye on usage. I also wish there were more straightforward tutorials for some of the advanced features—it can feel a little overwhelming at first.

It gives you plenty of storage even in the free version.

Honestly there isnt anything that i disliked about google cloud.

Google Cloud is tightly integrated with Google Workspace which allows easy user management. The web console is intuitive and easy to use.

Google Cloud lacks some important services such as managed client VPN, managed Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

It allows me to keep a copy of all the files that I want to keep for long periods. I can also control any file in the way it is saved and arranged, and I can delete it at any time I want.

The free size is small, and I expected the free storage space to be higher.

It's already interfaced with many of the tools I use on a day to day level.

Lack of insight into additional benefits. Lack of human support or services.

It is convene to integrate all Google's apps

When having multiple systems aggregated into the one account, it is difficult to find specific logs.

We like the simplicity of Google Cloud, it's cross platform and so far has been pretty robust.

We believe Google scans our content to provide additional "useful" services, this was evidenced by a pop-up reminder to leave for the airport and the only way that could have been known was if Google scanned attachments sent in Gmail.
This happened many years ago but we switched to OneDrive for our storage to ensure privacy.

Google's handling of data. We are all nervous about the amount of personal data that Google hoovers up. We have to live with it.

Personally, I have a lot of photos, videos, and files, so I use them every day. I like it because it's cheap. It's very easy to use and I think it's safe because it's Google's software.

Customer support was not done in real time. I contacted when there was a problem, but it took longer than I expected. I think we need fast customer support.

I like how I can save all my documents, photos, email, call logs, just about everything once it's synced. Also easy to access all of my data from any device.

I dislike the gigabyte capacity. I don't like the search feature with trying to locate pictures from years old.

Google has stored all of my photos and videos for the past 10 years. Google could has saved me so many memories.

I dont think the monthly payment for the data should me necessary, i feel like my data goes so fast and when i dont pay my emails dont come through.
