Pros
Logisuite customer service answers every single phone call right away. I have never gone to voicemail or hold during business hours.
Cons
UI needs to be refreshed somewhat. Similar to office 2013.

Excellent customer service, they are always willing to help and resolve any unforeseen issue.
Pros
Well integrated with ACE and INTTRA for faster and more efficient communication with Customs and Carriers. Scanning features for loading and Inventory control
Cons
So far I haven't had any negative experience with this system.
