Pros

I like it because I don't have to move between several applications to do my job, it has all the necessary tools to make my job more efficient, and the closing deliveries are more organized and faster. Sending invoices is much easier for me and I manage my projects much more organized

Cons

The response time from customer service is not as effective and fast as I would like, they are good at their responses but they don't do it quickly

Overall experience has been great and I feel like the software has grown with my business. I use HoneyBook in place of many individual software and apps I used before for scheduling, payment process, client portal, contracts, intake forms and more

Pros

I love that they are always updating their features and allow users to give input on the usefulness. The software is always improving.

Cons

There are some small things i wish where available in the smart files, such as drop down lists and check boxes.

Pros

Affordable and Backend looks nice - so that's something!

Cons

Client experience if poor. Integrations are awful. Layout, design and look are atrocious and check out for clients is multi step.....Who does that anymore?

We spent a week trying to get it setup and working well and efficiently....no way it was going to. And if we have to handhold it and manually do a TON of things.....why bother? MANY other options available and we've moved to one.

But we love to get specific feedback on what you feel HoneyBook is missing or could improve upon so that future features and upgrades our team does can benefit many.
You mentioned integrations but if there are certain, specific integrations that you feel would be helpful, we'd love to know what those are. And where exactly in the onboarding process was it the most difficult. Let us know so we can continue to improve on our end.

Pros

I manage the entire flow of information from my clients in a more organized way, controlling and monitoring each one, it allows me to be more agile in the processes that I have to carry out with my clients and thus provide them with better attention and speed in document delivery. invoices, contracts and digital signatures. I can do many things at the same time and it helps me perform better at my job.

Cons

The system has never failed me, I feel satisfied with each tool I use and I am convinced that it has been the most efficient platform that I use for my work tasks.

It is an innovative tool where each function is unique and serves to have an improved organization of my work, in task management it is easy to distribute the work in the team and then reunite it and the security with the data is very reliable, when I make the signatures electronics I am calm that there is no risk of anything.

Pros

I love the nice, professional presentation of information. Everything is laid out nicely for everyone to see (messages, threads, etc). Honey book also streamline business to client relations from sending the contract, invoicing, signing, then finally payment (through Stripe).

Cons

I appreciate it because I can perform my work without switching between multiple applications; it offers all the essential tools to enhance my efficiency, and I find that my closing tasks are more organized and quicker. Invoicing is simpler, and I can manage my projects in a more structured manner.

Pros

HoneyBook seems to do many things, from sales presentations to contracts but what we are using it for is contracts, and it is very good with that. So much less complicated for our staff to create and sign them through a flawless (also beautiful) system, and clients are impressed with the system as well.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet, perhaps as we go along. We are considering expanding our use to include invoicing and billing and will update review at that time.

Proposals, appointments, payments, invoices. All in one platform. Like a personal assistant. I found it very useful and innovative, especially for the automation part which is not obvious for a software like this.

I was trying to think of a better word but I'll just come out and say it. We run a weird business.. It's hard to find things we can use sometimes. The big thing Honeybook has going for it is that it will probably fit any business model. It's not just for experts from global enterprises. Any regular Joe from down the street could use it with a few minutes of reading.

Pros

The big item on my pro list is user experience. Straight from the beginning it was fun and Honeybooks team will help anytime. The guy I talked to solved my problem in like five minutes when I was ready to sit and wait for at least half an hour. Some of the things Honeybook has are project tracking, workflows, invoices and payments, schedule manager, CRM.

Cons

It stinks that Honeybook costs more than the other small business CRMs. It's got the extra stuff, yeah. But I wish they could bring it down a little. The other thing is that I wish they would let more outside apps integrate.

My wife and I run a small business off to the side that focuses on piano recital tutoring for young people. Much of our business has come through ad-hoc contact development, and we initially had a time working without proper customer interaction and proposal tools. We started using HoneyBook relatively recently, and it's definitely changed our approach to our side-small business by making bookings, CRM, and proposal development much easier.

Pros

I personally love how easy it is to access previous customer communications and interactions. Sending over contracts and delivering payment collections has also been fairly painless and easy to administer through HoneyBook. Lastly, we've more recently experimented with the proposal creation tool, which offers very visually attractive documentation.

Cons

For the moment, I don't feel that anything with HoneyBook is missing at all.
