Very nice software,should be used by every dentist.
The staff is amazing and the kind of support that they give is unheard of in IT industry.
Helps in every aspect of clinical practice.

i would like them to improve their graphics and add more emoticons for different treatment options.

Patient management system as well as their messaging system for reminder is the best..
I have used few more software in the past but I felt Bestosys is most user friendly

The depth of each feature it covers is simply amazing. It just mimics the natural workflow which we experience in day to day management of our clinic. The after sales support is simply impeccable. People are highly courteous and empathize with our the pain points and provide a quick solution.

User Interface and User Experience needs good amount of improvement. A Simple, Stable, Fast Mobile App with minimum functionalities wud be a good to have.

I like most about bestosys is detailed Data entries and what's app messaging system.

I have not started dental charting images yet. That I don't like. I find it complicated.

The support is fabulous. The team is ready to bend over backwards even on weekends to help us out. Our demands were a little different since our practice is based in Dubai but the team never let us down. The features are so many and so vast that I think it is going to be enough for our needs for a long time to come. I love the fact that I can use it from my mobile almost as easily as from the desktop. I love the widget. I love the reminders

I feel the fonts and colours can be made a bit more visually appealing and the interface can be esthetically improved.

Simply superb , accurate and efficient! Extraordinary customer service . Even you call them midnight , if you stuck with something , they are there in fraction of seconds resolving the issue . Which i love the best !

I would advise if any possibility to give options for billing with 2 currencies . Like usd and tanzanian shillings .

Have been using Bestosys for the last 4 years and I can confidently say it is one of the best patient management software out there. The software is quite easy to use. Also the support team is phenomenal.

I like the way it is designed for the dental clinic. It encompasses a lot of things that are required for the smooth operation.

I wish, the perio charting was more upto date. Recalls could be managed in an easier way.

Prescription can be sent to patients via whtsapp and messages.Dose, timings and quantity of medicines to be taken are well explained.It gives entire view of the symptoms,diagnosis,treatment plan options with cost.Helps us to keep the records and date of visit of the patients.

U should have a portal so that patient can have a one to one word with the doctor,may be through messages.

Tha latest upgradation,communicating patients and others through whatsapp is another feather to the facilities bestosys provides.patients respond tro whatsapp is better than any other means and there is an option to frame messages to our liking and even add emojis.Now able to send bulk messages too.feel comfortable with this whatsapp feature.

Not able to find any.i am happy with this software.

One thing very much i like is

when i start to use this software i have lot of issue then
