Managing tasks and overdues was quite challenging which would lead to stressful workdays. But with ClickUp the story is different. I enjoy my time at work because ia m able to organize my workstreams and work swiftly with my team to deliver quality results
Pros
ClickUp is a platform that is quite affordable for any business. It's intuitive UI makes it easy to adopt and use in any workspace. ClickUp is an indispensable tool for everyone due to it's comprehensivity. Accessibility in a mobile app is amazing that Iam able to update a task or even have a glance over my work from my phone. Customization allowance with the flexible inbuilt templates that saves me time when making task entries is awesome and create an appealing dashboard . Also I can have an overview over my overdues, tasks in multiple ways. Where I can sort them using the time factors or even filter or group them . Another feature I find majorly important is seamless collaboration between teams working on certain financial reports. We get to know who is working on what, converse through realtime chatting, get notifications updates, can send email directly send any document attachment and assign action items to team members which has greatly improved the productivity of our accounting team . Real time creation and visualization of reports is impeccable and the Gannt Chart feature makes it easy to report each details to our seniors
Cons
I have been able to overcome any issue I have encountered with ClickUp using the loads of information available online and with the help of it's world class technical support team that responsive 24/7

Pros
I've used other task/project management software, and ClickUp rates the highest among them. I've used Trello, Asana, and Monday previously. ClickUp seems to have features from all of them consolidated in one. I really enjoy working with the platform.
Cons
It can be a bit buggy, but they are releasing a new version to help with that.

I would not buy it to use it again. This is something that you can just write down on a piece of paper of tasks to do I guess if you wanna micromanage your team and see when a task starts and it’s completed at the exact time maybe this would work for you
Pros
This offer allows you to delegate tasks to different employees and stuff and see when they start a task and the end of a task, how long a task takes it is very good in that aspect.
Cons
Play doing it was good. She did not operate correctly for a few times. Also, it seem like it was under developed to not ready for implementation.

It's convenient to be able to chain actions together and prevent one from being finished until another is. If you want to keep tabs on your team's stats but don't want to spend hours poring through Excel, this dashboard is for you. I hope there will be a wide variety of widgets in the near future.
Pros
Having the flexibility to use Clickup for purposes beyond project management. Using it to oversee several different divisions. For instance, IT management includes overseeing all IT-related roadmaps, assets, procedures, and Software updates. We have automated our systems to the point where we no longer have to bother about routine tasks like ensuring that our contracts are up for renewal.
Cons
Formulas lose some of their usefulness in some contexts, and that bothers me. Having access to a real-time log of automations would also be helpful for testing purposes. The ability to arrange automations rather than just appending them to a list is also desirable.

ClickUp is has been a plus in my workspace. It has greatly improved my productivity and professionalism as well. I was actually earned recognition as the employee of the year in the marketing department. I owe all these grace to ClickUp
Pros
When I was starting off on the use of ClickUp I had a smooth start. Thanks to alot of information available online about it. From the interactive ClickUp courses, demos, help docs and the unending professional help I get from the service team. This has made ClickUp soo easy to dive in and use over the years. I use ClickUp to basically manage my workstreams which involves running alot of campaigns on social media platforms about our Optiven Limited. With it I can break down campaigns into smaller tasks that I then allocate to the different online marketing channels. Also to create urgency Iam also able to time track on my post or link expiration dates. On the dashboard which I use as a mission center, I list down all my to dos and from which I can have a realtime overview of each tasks. From where I can see if Iam ticking my targets. On the dashboard am also able to gain insights on the performance of each campaigns at a glance and easily share it with the rest of the team or even display it on full screen mode on weekly reportings to my seniors. This dashboards are usually customizable to my preference with charts and even calculations. It is also easy to export data into ClickUp from others sources such as Excel and CRMs and allows for integrations with other apps too.
Cons
I haven't experienced any drawback with ClickUp. It has been the easiest to use and has helped me manage my tasks soo smoothly

The experience has been very fruitful and very friendly. It was able to solve our needs the way we wanted it to and thanks to it, all we have now a well organized working framework which allows us to focus on our work while work together as a team. ClickUp allows us to speed up projects completion time while still keeping a clear focus on the end results.
Pros
One particular advantage we see with using ClickUp is that we use one product to solve multiple problems from collaboration, work planning, tracking work management and so on. This reduces the number of products in our working infrastructure. ClickUp allows us to set goals, plan and organize our project work and this helps us focus on the important work first. Communication is always simple with real-time chatting option.
Cons

Now that I’ve used it for almost a year, I feel very confident in its abilities. It took me a while to understand how to use all of its functionalities but it wasn’t hard, it just took time. Now I can build really useful systems with it, from client portals to even advanced relationship management and client engagement solutions. I’ve set it up so it’s useful to me and my team but the overall feeling is that it drives me to do work rather than to track time or check on tasks or look at reports. It really focusses all members to complete tasks!
Pros
I really like how it allows you to create any structure. Using spaces, folders and lists, I can segment clients in different spaces, organize projects in folders and use lists for project stages. I like how they offer many templates (I recommend every newbie to start from there) with ready functionality like agile project management or even a light CRM. I also like to use their native apps on desktop and mobile because they’re intuitive and easy to get into.
Cons
One must have some experience with productivity tools to get into the useful features. Because the system offers such a high level of flexibility, it demands an organized and streamlined implementation to get the best benefit out of the product. Although extremely easy to configure, one needs to have experience in generating reports to understand how to build the dashboard widgets optimally. A lot of time can be spent on understanding how the system works and at the beginning it feels like nothing is happening.
Reasons for Switching to ClickUp
ClickUp gives me the best value for money over all other products I investigated. I needed a tool that gives me all functionalities for one price, not to be very expensive and to have high level of automation capabilities. ClickUp also has very good control over the entire process i.e. when configured properly, it also guards me from making mistakes by choosing an easier option and causing havoc in the organization.- Industry: Internet

JiraReasons for Choosing ClickUp
I didn't like that there wasn't a natural way to filter data down in Trello. I wanted to be able to maintain a backlog separately from tasks I was actively working on to avoid cluttering up the view. However, in Trello, the only options were to use different lists, which can't be hidden, or to use separate boards completely, which was too disjointed for my liking. ClickUp was a better fit for this workflow.JSwitched From
TrelloReasons for Switching to ClickUp
I considered JIRA among other options because it has good functionality for managing a backlog separately from active works in progress. The hosted version is cheap and they do have a self-hosted version that doesn't have a recurring fee, but I was trying to avoid paying a monthly fee and I didn't have a spare machine available for the self-hosted version. ClickUp gave me the functionality I was looking for without having to pay a monthly fee, so it was a better choice for me.- Industry: Information Technology & Services

Great small business management option.

Pros
As a small business owner I loved that I could use ClickUp to perform the task of several other platforms, which keeps my subscription costs down and all my stuff in one place. It can get overwhelming and unproductive having data in various different places, so ClickUp has been able to help us solve that problem.
Cons
Sometimes the system is a bit slow, but I believe they've done a lot of work on improving the servers lately to address this issue. The thing I like least isnt against the software, but rather that there is SO many options, so you really need to do some planning before you dive in, so you don't get overwhelmed and lost in the options. There is lots of YouTube videos with ideas, but really, you need to work out what will work for you and your business. Once you do that pre-work, it makes the setup and use a lot easier. No 2 businesses are exactly the same when it comes to requirements. Take the time to work out what works for you.

Clickups lived up to the promise when Jira couldn't

We use clickups to manage a range of projects across different areas. Software development, bug fixing, SEO and SEO and of course content management on behalf of the clients.
Pros
Switching from Jira to Clickups was very easy. We were already working in agile manner and the team was across workflows. Clickups just provided a faster easier mechanism to achieve better results.
Cons
At first it looked like there were way too many options and configurations to Clickups, but after jumping in the ease of use made the complexity disappear.
Reasons for Choosing ClickUp
Jira is tired and old fashioned. Clickups has a slick UX using modern single page application architecture. They did not have 15+ years of installed base to keep happy along with an application which is still basically fill in the form and submit. As a result Clickups (and I suspect others) have built an application which smashes Jira for performance and UX. It is such a pleasure to be able to drag stuff into lists as you need it, get self calculating columns, where you need them and allow the dev, QA and client delivery team to just get their work done without the clunky UX or performance of an old architected application. Click here and instantly everything updates. Automations are simple and easy to configure without messing around and work as expected straight away. We never get logged out mid step due to some obscure issue they have with their architecture.Switched From

I'm impressed overall although I'm not sure I'm going to switch from Todoist. Having task dependencies is pretty tempting though. Definitely anyone looking for a task/project management for teams should look very closely at Clickup. If any of your team has aging eyes, however, trust me they're going to protest.
Pros
I have to say I'm impressed with so much power being offered for small teams for free: Things like email notifications, a slick Android/iOS app, dependencies for tasks (almost never free), file attachments for tasks (ditto), integrations (Todoist and Slack are the two I checked out), generous allocation of projects.
This is a thoughtfully designed app for teams with enterprise-level features for everyone.
At first it might seem like a negative that time tracking isn't native to the app but since so many adopters are probably already using a dedicated TT app, the tight-enough integration with third-party apps like Toggl is a good idea. Plus Clickup has a Chrome extension. See below for caveats.
I also liked being able to minimize tasks to the bottom of the screen.
Other members of the the team, such as managers, can watch tasks without those tasks being assigned to them. This is unique to Clickup, I believe.
Cons
The tagline for the app is One app to replace them all and the strain of accomplishing that shows in the webapp's complex UI. Don't get me wrong, the devs have done an impressive job with basic onboarding, in general, and with cramming so many features on-screen. However there were times I either felt lost or wondered about the various spaces and panes that weren't being used. I kept finding features that
But the worst thing about the UI is the text size and the too-light accent colors. Too many UI elements were in the lightest gray imaginable that could still be perceived. Not at all optimal. Some more themes would be appreciated. I can't see being happy using the app every day because of this. Also, a tiny tiny little flag that indicates a high priority task is kind of a joke. Maybe lightly shade the whole task?
The Android app , on the other hand, is better if not ideal. I'm not used to different type sizes within a pane.
I disabled the Chrome extension because when it was installed it kept crashing my other extensions and its massive CPU grab led to my having to Powerwash my Chromebook.

ClickUp is a great task management tool that helps me keep my team organized and on track. I love that I can create custom tasks and subtasks and that I can collaborate with my team on each task. ClickUp has also been a great way to keep my team organized, as I can create spaces for each team member and assign tasks accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for a great task management tool.
Pros
I have been using ClickUp for some time and absolutely love it. Personally, it has helped me to be more organized and productive. I know these two words get overused like some random metaphors, but it's no less than the truth.
I love that I can customize the tasks, and subtasks and collaborate with my team. The spaces feature is also very helpful. It helped us define spaces for different functions (marketing, content, devs, etc.). The tasks are also very customizable, which is great if you need to add subtasks or collaborate with others.
In addition, the UI is pretty user-friendly, and the support is great. Overall, I would recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for a great task management tool.
So, if you're looking for a great task management tool, ClickUp is definitely worth checking out.
Cons
I don't have many complaints, but if there were one thing that really annoys me about ClickUp is that it sometimes tends to lag big time when there is a lot of data on the content board or the document/editor. It becomes quite annoying when you're short of time. Apart from that, there's one more thing that makes the content board kind of cluttered. When I look at the finished tasks, I could see some of them from 3-4 months back. Now, over time, these grow and look cluttered. I wish there was a way where the finished tasks get archived or something after a month and a half to keep the dashboard clear. You see, a cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind... not something desirable.

There are lots of advantages to using ClickUp. Other apps don't allow us to set the status of specific tasks, such as whether a project is in development mode, testing mode, completed, or closed, for example. In addition to prioritising our tasks, we can track our progress and set reminders in this app. Thanks to ClickUp and the wonderful team out there.
Pros
I've been using ClickUp for over a year now and have found plenty of features to be really useful when working on a project. The best part about this tool is that I can automate tasks, which saves me a significant amount of time. It gives users the ability to report bugs right away, allowing developers to make adjustments as needed.
Cons
Aside from the overwhelming number of features in ClickUp, one thing I disliked about this app is its performance on mobile devices due to the complexity of the app's design. When using it on a mobile phone, it displays a number of issues that lead to a bad user experience. It's much too hard to understand and lacks any features.

Best Project Management Tool I've Ever Used

I use ClickUp exclusively as a solo user for my personal projects at the moment, although I'm trying to sell the idea to my employer to move a small team toward this to replace our current project planning and bug tracking solutions.
I was so impressed that I upgraded to the Unlimited paid plan and intend to be a lifelong customer.
I absolutely love ClickUp and highly recommend it to everyone.
Pros
-Packed with features and options; advanced features are called "ClickApps" and can be turned on/off by an admin, depending on the team's needs.
-Beautiful UI, with relatively intuitive layout
-Lots of view options: by Time (i.e. a calendar), List, Kanban board, Box (cool idea I haven't seen before), Gantt chart (paid feature), and Reports.
-I love how they allow you to minimize a task to pin it to the bottom of your window for easy access. I regularly pin my top 3-4 tasks I need to urgently work on, which could otherwise get forgotten (although their reminders and notifications system is quite robust, those help too).
-The notepad feature is such a great idea. Perfect for having a convenient way to jot down rough notes, which you can later convert to a task if desired.
-Fast development team: features and improvements are rapidly added.
-Unlike a lot of their competition, they listen to users and are transparent with their roadmap: ClickUp uses a feature feedback tool called Canny to let users suggest and vote on features/improvements/bugs (see clickup.canny.io/). They also publish their roadmap, with regular updates, so you know what is coming (see docs.clickup.com/features/roadmap). I regularly check both of these pages and absolutely love this.
-ClickUp's Support team is amazing. Large amounts of written and video content get posted regularly to teach you how to use various features. And if you get stuck, their Support team responds very quickly.
Cons
There is certainly a learning curve to figuring out how best to fit their many levels of hierarchy that groups of tasks can follow: ClickUp offers spaces, projects, project lists, tasks, sub-tasks, checklists, and "checked lists" (an alternative to bullet points within a description box), as well as tags and the newly-introduced goals.
With all these options, it can certainly be confusing on how to structure your to-dos.
My advice is to 1) watch as many of their support videos as you need to understand what they offer and 2) use only what you know you immediately need, then ignore other features until you see a need in your projects.

I have had such a delightful experience with ClickUp. It's needless to say that it has all the features that simplifies my workflow, saves me time and boost my efficiency and that of my team. No lie, ClickUp gives me a touch of excellence everyday I get to use
Pros
ClickUp slick and glossy UI, easy to use features , it's cost effectiveness and quick implementation are the reason I have remained stuck up with it for all these years. Not to mention it's robust features that I have found critical in execution of my day to day medic activities. With ClickUp I can have an asap multiple view( ie the list, calendar etc )on the dashboard as well as other to identify who is in and for which shift. It's customization capabilities are endless and are flexible to meet my preferences of different fields, task statuses and as widget variations of the dashboard for high level overview of my work. Team collaboration as well interdepartmental cohesion across the facility to ensure that we deliver quality service to our patient is a dream come true with ClickUp. Tasks are well outlined with the assignee, notification Incase of any updates, chatview where we can converse, provision for direct emails and note attachmentsas well as action items or mention being assigned to different medics and a whiteboard where we can brainstorm and catch up on realtime Incase of an issue. Realtime reportings brings about conveniency that you can create, pull and view any sort of report from the achieved shifts, goals , medicine administered . And it's available in a mobile app.The gannt charts has also been of help in restocking medicine and other stuff in the ICU by following up on how each was used. Above all it's integration power is impeccable.
Cons
To be honest I have experienced soo many benefits courtesy of ClickUp I therefore can point out any negative aspect about it

Amazing New Project Management Platform

My workflow is pretty typical for a solopreneur. I have different kinds of projects that I put into different "Spaces" (kinda like "departments" or "divisions"). Then within each Space, I use the Lists (i.e. Lists of Tasks) to define a particular Project (yes, it may seem a tad confusing, but it does make sense within the platform). Then under the Lists, I add the Tasks for each step to complete the project - along with one additional level of SubTasks if I need to drill down one more notch.
Very thoughtful attention to how things actually work. So, for Recurring Tasks, they've looked at most/all of the ways you could implement this feature, and given you an extensive set of options for what happens when an instance is completed and then needs to recur - so you can actually apply some conditional logic to a recurring task, vs just having it pop up on your calendar at regular intervals.
Oh, and of course there's calendar integration, as well as an internal calendar. I love this feature: In the Calendar view, all your undated tasks are listed on a column on the right. Just drag the task over to a date you want to do it and populate ("calendar block") your calendar. If you have designated a time duration for that task, you can drop it onto a specific start time. How intuitive is that!
Pros
ClickUp gets it right - and the price is unbeatable: currently FREE for most features. I am not a shill. I don't work for ClickUp. I am not an affiliate. I am just a solopreneur, ex corporate exec with a mania for organizing tasks and using technology to support my work process.
I've tried Asana, Wrike (still have my very expensive yearly subscription...), Trello, Todoist, NirvanaHQ, Facile Things (yes, I confess, I'm a GTD aficionado), and I've trialed a bunch more (Zoho, Teamwork Projects, Airtable,Podio/Monday, Hive).
ClickUp has them all beat in my view.
First, they are an upstart with an ambitious roadmap that they're delivering on. Beautifully designed UI, smartly thought-out hierarchy, list or kanban views (and you don't have to choose as in Asana), analytics, time-tracking built-in, good use of colors to tag and visualize. Oh, and did I say Gantt charts? With dependencies?
Within each task, ClickUp is not that different from Wrike or Asana - nor should it be. It's about how you can access those tasks, understand what you should be doing today, and then be able to assign tasks, track them, message and collaborate with co-workers. It also integrates with everything, including Slack of course, plus other time trackers if you're already subscribed, and yes, they do have a Zapier integration.
Plus, support is lightning quick, and they have video after video after video on their YT channel if you want to see something demo'd and walked through.
I could go on..
Cons
Haven't found any negatives. But you might find something.

Pros
customization features; softwares comes with templates for a quick start or you can start from scratch
Cons
I'm a one person business owner and I would like there to be more automations for the lower priced plans. Mine are usually used up quickly. After they are used, you have to wait until the next month to get more. As a small business owner, thats a headache as I am only one person and need many of my tasks automated daily.

An all-in-one marketing and management tool

A simple and easy-to-use package for project management and customer relationship management, ClickUp provides both in one application. The best part is that it is all affordable! It allows us to track all of our data in one place without switching between software programs.
Pros
It is an excellent tool for managing team sprints, progress for development tasks, estimating and comparing effort between teams, producing decent reports, and configuring custom fields across multiple lists. I love how many features it offers. In addition, it simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process by eliminating the need to log in to different programs. A good UI, easy to navigate through, and emails are automatically added as comments so everyone can see what's going on. Lots of small features and automation make a great difference.
Cons
I can't really complain about anything. It's affordable and helps me become efficient in my line of work.
