I'm thoroughly impressed by Todoist's simplicity and versatility. It allows me to create as many projects as I wish, offering endless personalization options to enhance my experience. I use it for everything from team management and personal projects to daily tasks, appreciating its straightforwardness. The integration with Google Calendar is a standout feature, automatically syncing tasks to my calendar, which is incredibly convenient. Todoist’s simplicity, coupled with its powerful features, makes it an essential tool for managing various aspects of life and work seamlessly.

I believe Todoist could further enhance its utility by improving its reporting features. Having more detailed statistics for frequently used projects or insights into peak productivity periods, such as the most active weeks of the year, would be invaluable. This enhancement would provide a deeper understanding of work patterns and project progress.

The user experience of Todoist is very great. One can easily navigate through the user dashboard, also it keeps everything organized in order.

Setting it up for the first time is a bit cumbersome, otherwise it is great.

Able to distract with unnecessary animations or icons

Todoist has all the features I need and I especially like the widgets on the iPhone.

I stopped using it for a while and still got a bunch of emails reminding that this app still exists, but I quickly figured out that you could simply opt out from those emails.

I like that it's quite minimal, and offers a simple way to track tasks. Todoist doesn't bombard the user with extraneous features that are unnecessary.

The minimalism of the application could also be its downfall. There are instances where I would like to have integrations with Todoist with other applications to make my systems more cohesive. However, such integrations are not offered.

It is a good software and it delivers to what it serves.

I believe much more features could be added to the software but still very basic.

Todoist does everything I want. It is very easy to add new tasks with the correct information thanks to text shortcuts you can put while typing the title, setting the date, project, tags, priority all in one go. The interface is very clear and displays everything nicely, and you can use different display formats depending on what is more adequate for the project. The mobile app is very good as well. You can use smart queries to filter tasks, which is very useful for me as I have specific scenarios which wouldn't work with preset filters. The pro version is quite cheap considering how much I use it. There's a feature bridging emails to tasks, that I use a lot to sort out incoming email.

The website can become a bit unresponsive when applying operations to multiple (20-30) tasks. Sometimes when typing too fast I end up creating new projects or tags, that I have to go delete.

Todoist is great for compartmentalizing. I love how you can schedule things to remind you on different frequencies. I can have daily, weekly, and monthly reminders, and it keeps me on task when I forget what I am supposed to do!

I also love the visual. They've just added a calendar visual for those who like to see the actual days and weeks. But I love the board view. I've actually planned events using this view.

I wish I could edit a bit more in detail when it comes to background designs, reverse colors or different color schemes to make it more personalized.

What I like the most about ToDoist. The platform really enables users to build organized task list, even planning small or large scale projects, also assignments of any kind. ToDoist is a very good way to stay organized if busy each day. Business or even Personal task can be managed with ToDist.

I don't have a least feature to share regarding the cons of ToDoist. Other than that the more favorable features are at an additional charge. If a user wants to utilize them within the applications platform.

For the time i have used Todoist, i have loved the task manager that allows me to categorize tasks for easier prioritizing. I also like its ease of use and how effortless it is to navigate through it. I like the Todoist reports that help me understand my tasks performance.

Todoist has been complete with nothing missing. I have no cons to this point.

The ease of adding new items and setting due dates, directly from an email is our top seller,The iphone widget provides a clear view of upcoming items for the day.

I Todoist had a time tracking tool built into the app users like me would get a much satisfactory experience on the app

The best product I have come across in this category. It offers task management, to-do listing, and reminder setting. Its user-interface is quite interactive, and is super-easy to navigate. Besides these, it also ensures data secrecy and privacy. Customer support is also quick and quite helpful.

The software could be provided with better integration with other tools. Also, the product is a bit costly. Otherwise, it is a great and useful product.

I love how easy it is for me to plan my daily, weekly and even monthly activities, assignments and personal activities. Todoist makes it easy for me to be productive, plan, and complete my tasks.

I wish that I somehow had a section where one can write about their overall day, for example, a journal section where I can write paragraphs.

Todoist intuitive user interface makes it a joy to use. Makes it easy to thoroughly sort tasks and prioritize of urgent tasks. Offers subtask folders for breaking big tasks into easy to manage smaller tasks. Accurate reminders about task timelines and deadlines.

It has been such a joy to use Todoist and everything seems to be in the right place. No complaints.
