Easy to navigate and use even if you do not have an accounting background

Pros

It tracks everything for you. Auto updates online paid invoices, lets you see at a glance unpaid invoices and how long since they have been pending. Has mobile apps also which work great.

Cons

Can't really complain about anything. Have enjoyed using the product.

Overall I really love Zoho. I was able to brand it with my colors and logo. I have auto invoicing, recording of payments and thank you receipts. Such a blessing because there are fewer human errors, I spend less time invoicing and more time tutoring! I get notified when invoices go out and are paid. Lovely!

Pros

I like that I was able to set it up myself with little initial knowledge of invoicing software.

Cons

I don’t like that once you set up a customer, you cannot change the monetary unit they are invoiced in once you have sent one invoice. I wanted to change someone from a yuan to USD but I’d have to delete and re-add them with a new email. That doesn’t work well when you have to ask a client/customer to get a new email just for you.

Easy to use once you're signed up. It's one of the very few cloud applications I use (I'm an on-prem dinosaur for most things) and I appreciate the convenience of anywhere-invoicing for my small business. I do also appreciate the nearly-direct line to product development. I've offered a couple of feature requests and am happy to note that one of them showed up a few months ago. Thanks, Zoho!

Pros

Simplicity and efficiency of the user interface.

Cons

The integrations with other Zoho apps are fine for customers that have standardized on their cloud suite, but the lack of 3rd party integrations (or even an API we could code our own to) make it unwieldy for anyone with more than a few dozen customers. While it's certainly to be expected from a totally-free application, I get a little irritated with the marketing for other Zoho products. Maybe they could tone it down a little for users of other Zoho paid products, like me.

I like the ease of using it. I like all Zoho products. I used to use Quickbooks and Google products and figured they'd be easy for me to use, but they were expensive and I needed an assistant to use them. I am just a small business owner doing construction work and Zoho makes it easy for me to get my invoices out and get paid.

Pros

My assistant set up my Zoho invoice for me and even though I am a construction worker, working on site, it is still easy enough for me to use and I can send the invoices out myself without having to pay my assistant.

Cons

I like everything about it, there's not one thing I would change. It's easy to use.

My overall experience with this invoicing software was positive as it has provided me a structural framwork to manage invoices and I love its user-friendly interface.

Pros

I love to use Zoho Invoice's due to its ease of use and all the customization options provided by them in the software. With the help of this I was able to send professional invoices quickly along with automatic payment reminders to my customers with different payment gateways.

Cons

What I liked least was its starts lagging sometimes when generating reports and some their were some limitations in the mobile apps as well as compared to the desktop version.

Pros

Zoho invoice helps me create business subscription payment invoices and other payment subscriptions. Its compatibility with nodejs helps me streamline the invoice creation and circulation much much easy!!!!

Cons

Zoho was somewhat tricky to use at the beginning as it had so many features and services to set-up, but nothing critical to decline that its the best.

Zoho Invoice - Easy to Use and Super Flexible

Pros

Easy to use, simple to get set up with a custom business name and auto-fill details, lots of features that I've not even explored yet - including payment portal!

Cons

PDF generation of invoices is a little convoluted for what I consider to be my number one most used feature. It's also a little annoying to set up invoices for time - I work as a musician and often have to bill people for a "call" or for a few minutes, which is annoying. Maybe if the software could be expanded to make billing people for rented equipment easier too?

It was also quite hard to add on bank details to the invoice.

Last year Zoho told me that they are going to offer their services for free and I still see that on the website but I was debited by Zoho on the 14h of January????

Zoho really helps me make my invoices look professional and it is user friendly.

Cons

I am unable to link my bank account to zoho invoice because I am based in South Africa. The exchange rate is horrible so the amount I need to pay per transaction for the app that is suggested to connect my bank is too expensive. I can't afford the dollar to South African Rand exchange rate per transaction. SO That means I need to recon everything manually.
Also if a student were to pay and use a different reference would Zoho be able to pick that up?
