Data is hosted in France, with a 99.98% uptime target, independent penetration testing and full data portability if a client ever leaves.\n\nSupport model: every client gets a dedicated onboarding manager from scoping through steady-state operations, weekly check-ins, and access to a client community sharing benchmarks and best practices, rather than an anonymous support queue.\n\nTrack record: over 97 marketplaces launched across 15 years, for organizations ranging from mid-market companies to large groups, across retail, sports federations, banking, construction, industry and the circular economy.
