A three-step phone sale lets staff sell from the floor and scan tags with the phone camera.\n\nInventory: Track jewelry, loose diamonds, watches and serialized items with photos, stone details, certificates (GIA lookup) and cost-plus or price-by-weight pricing tied to the daily gold price. Print tags, use RFID, run physical inventory, transfer between stores and see aged inventory at a glance. Import purchases and inventory from Excel in any layout, pull products from Stuller, upload diamonds to RapNet, update prices from RapNet and IDEX, and use AI to write item descriptions.\n\nRepairs, custom work and appraisals: Take repair orders with deposits, promised dates and photos, send the job to the bench, and track it through pickup. Job bags give out and receive custom work with full cost tracking, and finished pieces become inventory. Appraisals are included, and Geller Blue Book repair codes are available as an option.\n\nBuying gold and scrap: Buy scrap gold, silver and platinum at today's metal prices with karat and weight reductions, pay by cash, check or store credit, scan the seller's driver's license and upload the transactions to CAPSS for California law enforcement.\n\nCustomers and marketing: A full CRM keeps every purchase, repair, layaway and note. Record birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, set reminders, text and email customers, send review requests and run loyalty and referral points. Customers get their own portal to see statements and pay online. Podium and Salesforce integrations are available.\n\nWholesale and manufacturing: Memos and consignments in and out, purchase orders, vendor bills, customer statements and accounts receivable for wholesalers, manufacturers, diamond dealers, refineries and casting companies.\n\nAccounting: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, income statement and balance sheet are built in, and you can transfer to QuickBooks if your accountant prefers it. Multi-currency is supported.\n\nReports and analytics: A sales dashboard with daily, monthly and yearly targets, plus detailed sales and profit, best and worst sellers, sell-through, GMROI, days on hand, forecasting, average ticket, repeat purchase rate and dozens more. Reports filter by store, vendor, category and date, save your searches, and export to PDF and Excel or email in one click. Ask AI a question about your sales in plain English.\n\nE-commerce: Upload products to Shopify, download web orders straight into invoices, and keep your own website up to date.\n\nSecurity and control: Each user sees only the screens their rights allow, and sign-in can require an emailed code.
