A hybrid fund produces one NAV, one break queue and one investor report.\n \nSoftware and operations together\n \nThe same platform can be run by your team or run for you. HedgeGuard's middle-office team handles trade capture, reconciliation, NAV oversight and investor reporting as an extension of your fund — so a small firm can present the operational infrastructure allocators expect without hiring an operations function first, and bring that work in-house later on the same platform.\n \nDeployment and support\n \nA new fund starting from a clean sheet typically goes live in 30 days, a migration including historical data in 60, and a full deployment with third-party integrations in 90. Your existing system stays live until you have signed off on reconciled numbers.\n \nEvery client has a named contact who knows their fund structure. HedgeGuard was built by ex-buyside professionals — portfolio managers, risk officers and middle-office operators.\n \nSecurity and data\n \nClient data is hosted on EU-only infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control and continuous security monitoring. A SOC 2 Type II report is available under NDA.\n \nWho it suits less well\n \nFunds running high-frequency or heavily algorithmic execution usually keep a specialist EMS alongside HedgeGuard rather than replacing it.
